jgWind creates blendShapes that mimic a wind effect and places an attribute on the new objects to cycle through the blendShapes.

It creates two objects, so if a portion of the mesh needs to remain static then you can paint blendShape weights on the masterWind shape. If you don't need to paint weights then you can just delete the masterWind shape.
