The exchangeBonesTool exchanges skin weights from one bone to another on selected vertices.

 

This next list of tools make constraining faster and easier. They're designed to apply constraints with the same methods used by Maya.

The mayaOrientConstraint and mayaPositionconstraint are applied with the same method. Select all Target objects then select the object to be constrained and run the script.
The mayaLookAtConstraint has more automated features. Look At Constraints use one Target and an optional Up Node. Select the Target object and then the constrained object to add the constraint without an Up Node. Select the Target object, the Up Node object, and the constrained object to add the constraint with the Up Node. Further more, the tool automatically detects and applies the appropriate axis based on the world position of each object.
